Call me. ****-****-xxxx. There was a serious trust problem. I strongly suspect the problem is the dealership's or the service departments manager's not Phil's. This issue had be agreed upon and confirm previously so THERE SHOULD HAVE BEEN NO PROBLEM.

I scheduled an auto butler and basic cleaning for my Toyota Rav4, I was advised that the auto butler came free with my vehicle purchase, and the basic cleaning would be $26. I brought my car in for my scheduled service and returned to work. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, a young man was kind kind enough to pull up my paperwork and I asked him where I needed to make payment. He advised that there wasn't any payment due. I questioned him, thinking that must be incorrect because I scheduled a basic cleaning on top of the auto butler. He advised that the biller must not have charged me and "took care of it". However, that was not the case. We he pulled the car around, he advised they had forgotten to vacuum but that if I wouldn't mind waiting a few minutes he could get it done. I was very appreciative and waited the extra 30 min to make sure everything was clean and ready to go. When I finally got in my car to leave, I realized that they also did not wipe down the interior, nor did they do anything that was included in the scheduled basic cleaning. I understand it was probably just an error in scheduling, and I wasn't charged but it was also big inconvenience. I am now scheduled for a basic cleaning this Friday, and I am hoping this will be the last time I will have to return this year.

They dont ever fix the warranty problem. They put a patch on it send me off then i have to get it fixed 2 months later. This is the 6th or 7th time i have had the same issue fixed. The service rep said it was the second and only two times were “documented”

I do not think that this reflects on Phillip but the actual technicians. I had a low passenger rear tire when I went in. I was told that the tires were rotated and checked. When I left and got down the road I noticed that the light sensor was still on and that the wheels that were supposed to be rotated were still in the same location. I called Phillip and he said he would check on it and to bring my truck back in.
