Three hours to replace a hose and rotate tires seems excessive and $2.79 charge for a document storage is obscene.

I was given bad information initially regarding tires not being available after being told it was. No one accepted responsibility for the error as if I would make an appt if there were no tires. Anyway the issue was resolved by MY ordering tires and getting names of who I spoke towhich was disappointing given my 30+ yr history with Toyota. It's done now. All is forgiven. NO followup call needed or desired.
