I paid for The $100 car wash to have my carpet shampooed. I normally am very satisfied with my service they are for the most part and I send lots of friends and family to you. Today when I got my car back the cupholders were filthy the carpet was dry it had only been shampooed on in a couple of spots they were crumbs everywhere it was obviously not cleaned properly. The outside looked really nice. The service manager did not come up to look at it when the lady went to get him and they offered me to keep it and clean it again. When I got there I told her that I had a photo shoot do tomorrow out of town with a world renowned corset maker that will be riding in my vehicle. I was highly disappointed and absolutely irate when the service manager did not come to the front and they did not give me my money back. I paid for a service and it was not delivered. I did not want my full refund I offered to pay for the basic wash or the 30 something dollar wash that I normally get. I completely lost my **** it was very aggravated. Not because of the $100 that because of the disregard to what has taken place i’m a business owner and have been for years and I would never ever do something like that to one of my customers. So I told him they could keep their $100 and I just wouldn’t be coming back.

Service Advisor Steven Hollier was very professional and helpful today.
However, the service provided in a simple oil change was unsatisfactory. The service technician, Michael, did not put the new oil in the vehicle engine. Service department checks and balances did not work. Please refer to work order for further details. Mr. Hollier did an excellent job handling this customer and fixing the issue.
