When I dropped off my car it had an engine light. They said they fixed it so picked up the car. While coming back to home, that same engine code appeared again. I checked it through my OBD scanner. It was the same code. So the problem hasn’t fixed yet.

Everything with our car mechanically seems ok.
However my cloth drivers seat was soiled. I brought it back, after a scheduled appointment and they did clean it , but did leave a section dirty.
This is the first time that this has ever happened in our long association with this Toyota dealership!

As always great service. When Steven helps, he goes above and beyond. Post on battery needed to be replaced. With Steven, this was addressed and done. This was not addressed or noticed during last oil change. Also, never was an alignment recommend which makes me wonder if that is why back year tire cannot be in full alignment. These omissions of service were when Steven was not the service attendant. I appreciate preventive maintenance. Steven is an example of excellence in service.
