When I got home I checked air pressure in all tires. They ranged from 32 to 37 pounds also two Gwen caps for. Valve on tires missy. Both tires on passenger side. Time for oil change tire rotation was great. I thought they checked tire pressure when this is done. Next day left for Thanksgiving vacation

I got a very poor service from Hampton Toyota. They charged me almost 450 dollars for a single problem to find out. Never want to go there. I will make sure that all of my friends and family don’t go there for taking any kind of service. Here are the issues
1. Went there to check the engine as there was an engine light in my car. They couldn’t find out the actual problem and told me my car was fixed and ready to go home. Picked it up. While going home the same engine light came on.
2. Went there again. After checking, they let me know the problem is with the MAF sensor, whereas there was another problem. They couldn't find it out. I replaced the MAF sensor myself, even though the previous one was completely new. Didn't work for me as the problem was something else. They didn't charge me anything though.
3. Visited them again and let the advisor know to fix the MAF sensor for 281 dollars. I knew it is not going to work as I tried to replace that myself. They replaced it and found out a different problem that is the fuel injectors. But my issue is to find out the faulty injectors; they charged me twice the regular engine checking cost. To find out the faulty injectors, they charged me around $300. Very unprofessional and poor service got from Hampton Toyota. It was an unexpected experience that I had to face.

Vehicle left a mess inside. My sanitation supplies were stored in a holding container behind passenger back seat - the worker(s) had it tossed all over back seat and the clear rug I had over floor hump in rear was also on back seat. Some how I have, I guess another customer's rear mat; I now have 3 instead of 2. I stopped to inform Ms Leslie; However, she was occupied with a phone call and I needed to get my mom home. I, also, ended up with lock box in car - gave to the young boy who took the other lock box off window. Also, disappointed with my package I paid so much for the day of purchase.
