Job well done! In and out. I wish you guys could give me a spare key for my car and re-tint the front driver/passenger door windows. When I bought the car, the tint was too dark. Wouldn’t pass inspection so I had to bring the car back for you guys to remove the tint. Give me the spare key & tint & I’ll be satisfied.

Leslie was great! However this is the THIRD TIME your detail crew does not clean my vehicle. Hell, my license plate was basically bent in half. Leslie fixed it herself so you can fact check that. It's absolutely unacceptable!! You have no idea how pissed off yall have made me. I live 1.5 hours away and I keep giving chance after chance and it's always something!!! Leslie told me next time I come back that I would have a detail done by the detail manager. I'm so tired of trusting y’all and all I get is screwed in return.

As far as for the job the maintenance on the car that was good I was just very disappointed I bought used cars new cars and I've always got a service of the car before I left the lot or bring it back to get it serviced at no charge for buying the car there I was very disappointing to do that you have to pay when you buy a used car from Hampton

It took me 6 hours over two days to get my tire checked and replaced. I dropped my vehicle off for a 15k oil change Monday at 11:30 am for a 12pm appointment slot. I heard nothing, so I called to check at 2pm and received no contact back. At about 3 or 3:30 pm, my ride brought me back to the dealership at which time I was told they hadn't checked on my tire and it would be another hour before we knew anything. I had to pick up my child at that point and just asked for my car back. When asked why the tire hadn't been check while the oil was changed, Leslie informed me my oil hadn't been changed as that wasn't why I dropped my car off. So after 4 hours nothing had been done to my car because I dropped it off rather than waited and had ZERO communication about any part of this until I picked up my car. Today it took 2.5 hours to get my wheel issue diagnosed and fixed. Again, I was not told which tire had been the issue or replaced (which was a different tire than I had pointed out as being the issue). I am extremely dissatisfied with the tire care service that I pay an extra monthly fee for. I will not be using the dealership for anything more than tire issues due to the lack of communication and flat our lies that were told to me.
