I made appointment online for Friday to get new tires - drive out to Hampton on Friday for my appointment only to find out no one pays attention to online appointments. Make an appointment for Monday - 7:30am - appointment is not showing up and now the tires are not there and need to be ordered. I leave the car and get a ride to my office. Tires are done at 5pm Tuesday shuttle picks me up and after paying when the car is pulled up the new tires are filthy! I thought they may have been bad tires! Disappointed this time!
