Leslie was great! She was working very calmly with her systems "down". However, my car sat at least 30 minutes parked beside me in the rental, before I decided to call about an ETA. Then I was told, ohhh it's finished. I would have appreciated a better update so I could have gotten on with my day. The tech retrieving my car slowly made his way to my car, in my eyesight, and then checked himself out in the window before he decided to get in and drive it around. I felt like enough of my time had be jeopardized.
