While Steven’s job was fine, the basic wash plus was lacking. Spots were left all over the hood.
Plus where are the days when the Toyota service team would come out and meet clients as they drove up with a clipboard ready to get the customer started??? Now no one leaves their desk and the guys in the vests just stand there and talk. Not the best service this time. Maybe I came at an off time.

Leslie did a great job in keeping me informed of the entire process of the maintenance of my Tundra. She is extremely efficient in her way of explaining the work that my truck need and was done. Everyone at Hampton was very helpful and professional. I do want to have a correction done, I somehow overlooked the spelling of my last name. The correct spelling is ALVARADO, for some reason I didn’t notice an extra letter in the spelling. Other than that I consider Hampton Toyota as my service provider for my truck which I love. When you provide good service with quality work and courteous people you can trust that will alway be an A+ in my book. Thanks!!!

Caprice was wonderful. I got the Auto Butler today which I do every visit. When, I got home and pulled in the garage there was some streaks on the outside of my wind shield on the Drivers side. I tried to clean it but no luck. I did call Toyota to make them aware and I can’t get back to Toyota till 4/12.

Although the service was good. The communication regarding cost needs to be communicated better. When I called to make my appointment, I was not told about the diagnostic charge. When I dropped my car off, I was asked if I was aware, and I said no. She explained to me that there was a diagnostic charge to find the reason for the malfunction and how to repair. I then asked if the fee was applied to the repair, and she said yes. However, the fee was not applied to the repair it was a separate charge that should be communicated more clearly.
