Every thing was ok but Steven was welcoming but not clear i asked about my vehicle service and tyre rotation it was my first time at that location and i wasn't informed that tyre rotation was cost almost 50$

Came in with concerns about leak in tire, I wAited over an hour and was told there was nothing wrong with the tire. Essentially all they did was put more air in the tire. I drove over an hour home to Jackson LA and the tire continued to loose pressure. I used a spray bottle with soapy water and found a hole the size of an ice pick diameter.
Not blaming the technician that scheduled the appointment but was told the technician had used the same method but found nothing. I don’t know, if a 65 year old retired woman found it in about 20 minutes I would think an experienced tech should have found it.

Stephen was very helpful today. Im satisfied with the evaluation he gave. Im not satisfied with my glove box and cabin filter being on the floor board of my car when I got it back. It was easy putting it back together but I didn’t appreciate having to work on my car after paying Hampton to work on it. Stephen was great, I know it was forgotten so Im really not tripping
