Wait time was 4.5 hrs.for an oil change. NO one advise me of the status of my vehicle except the fist text at 9:05. I was advised 4 hrs later that there was a mishap. My car was just getting serviced. I was not consulted about the status or progress on my vehicle as I waited patiently. My invoice stated I declined recommendations for other service on my vehicle, when I was not even asked about any of these. I did book an appointment on line for 9 am that morning. My advisor was Leslie Whitteker .I was not happy with my experience on Friday, and I have been a loyal customer for 6 yrs. I was just told sorry for the inconvenience. I was late for my tasks for this day.
