My visit was not bad, but not exceptional. It took an hour to do an oil change and safety inspection, which is probably on par for the current service industry.
Hampton has been fair and honest with me, which will always keep my business. Your service reps have always been good. I have no complaints!

I am experiencing a high volume shrill sound periodically when I turn on my ignition this is documented in my history as far back as two years ago after this visit, I was asked to do some diagnostic testing and see if the sound occurs with the air conditioning on and if it occurs with it off After leaving the dealership yesterday the siren sound happened twice- once with air on and once with air off
