My Truck was returned with foot marks on the side bars. Someone step in it with dirty shoes.I washed my truck before taking it to your shop. I was expecting Toyota would keep it clean. Makes me wander what happened to the old days when Toyota use to put paper to protect the vehicles from getting dirty.

Very poor communication. My question was never answered and I called 8 times to pay. No one would accept my payment. A complete waste of time. Very unorganized and they made it very difficult to communicate and pay. I never spoke to my advisor. Can’t tell you what he looked like. My questions left unanswered.

I was very satisfied with the service. When I arrived Mr. Brent Sutherland was very polite and answered all questions I had. I had my 3 year old with me and I had attempted to get a rental to get her food while we waited. The lady at the desk attempted to get a copy of my ID from LA wallet and all attempts did not go through and she did not feel comfortable taking a picture of my ID. The lady had another worker take me and my daughter to a nearby fast food place in the shuttle and Mr. Brent without hesitation offered to get her car seat out of my car and bring it to me. All workers were informative and polite to both me and my daughter.
