I scheduled an appt for Saturday - The person who scheduled it failed to tell me I wouldn't be able to get my car fully serviced since the Kia dealership was closed on Saturdays. If they would have told me at the time of making the appointment, I would have made it for Friday instead. Living out of town and being a full time student, which I also talked to the person when dropping off my car and going over everything and also failed to tell me the service area closed earlier than the dealership that day. I was looking at vehicles for my mother and when I was done went to pick up my car to find out it closed 30 minutes ago! If I had known I could have picked it up as soon as it was ready. So my fiance and I are stranded in Lafayette until some time Monday, having to miss work and school. This is the worst experience and service I've gotten from the service department.
