Art Foulk did a great job the minute I got to Honda of Corona. He listened to my explanation that an issue with the KARR alarm system might be causing my 2019 Ridgeline’s intermittent starting problem and was very honest in explaining that the troubleshooting process might take some time. However, the vehicle was ready in a timely fashion and Art explained what the alarm company tech did to resolve the issue and to contact him if it was not resolved. He also reviewed the inspection checklist for the A-1 and B-1 service that was completed. Art is a true professional and a credit to your organization.
