I had been in the service dept because my tire kept losing pressure. We are seniors and kind of hard to keep checking tire pressure. Mr. Bello said he would make sure we found source of problem and he did. A small nail was found that was hard to see. I have had the pleasure of dealing with mr. Bello on prior occasions. He is truly respectful, compassionate, and a down to earth young man. Please thank him for me and also my wife for the kindness and respect shown us. Thank you.

I have only experienced excellent service with Honda Corona since purchasing a new Honda Pilot in 2004, until now. Paul made me feel not welcomed, irritated at my questions and concerns and just plain nonchalant. I discussed my issue with my windows and specifically asked him to not doing any service on the windows when I left my Honda for recall of the airbag. Today, he left my left window down. He asked me to pay &100.00 for the repair to have the window back up. I am truly disappointed how Paul caused this situation and ask me to pay for his mistake. Cordially, Monica B

I have been going to Honda Cars of Corona since 2005 and Paul was by far the WORST service rep we have dealt with. He was rude, inconsiderate, and felt like he was too good to help out or answer questions. Terrible employee

When I asked the service department if the light on the dash meant that there was a recall on the airbag the tech said we would have to pay $130 to find out. When asked again if there was a recall on the airbag i was told once again that I would have to pay a fee to find out. When I said that was crazy and Would not pay that fee the tech then said that if I was in an accident the airbag might not work. Since I have taken my car to get all work and maintenance to Corona Honda they should have records if there was a recall. I do not plan on being in an accident but if I am and the airbag does not work I am sure a vehicle inspection will show if it is a defective airbag and Honda will be held responsible for not fixing a recalled part. Never had a bad experience with taking my two Honda’s to get maintenance at the Corona Honda center until yesterday. Very disappointing and now know that a possible recall will be declined to be looked at.

Next time when the mechanics go inside the engine to change a timing belt, ask the customer to change the water pump, oil pump seals, etc. That way the customer does not pay excessive money at the same location. Lessons learn.
