Eric has been my service Advisor a few times now and has always delivered the best customer service. I go out of my way from Temecula to get my service done with Corona Honda (mostly because my service contract is throughout corona). The people and interactions are always so pleasant. Eric is always kind, informative and always greets and parts with a handshake. I just got this text for this survey and wanted to do it right away to ensure I tell you guys how great Eric has been when I come in for service. I’m so impressed with Honda since I bought my truck two years ago. My new motto is “once you go Honda, you never go back!” Thanks for the great customer service and doing a great job!
