I took my vehicle in for a 1A service and was informed that after inspection I needed new front and rear brakes. He said fr ok not and rear pads were down to 2mm. I declined to have the work done in your service dept but had the brakes looked at elsewhere since I had the rear brakes replace 10 months ago. Both front and rear brakes are in good condition, nowhere close to the indicator bar that let's you know it's time to replace. I'm very disappointed with the recommendations given on that service appointment.

My name was mistaken at the invoice, from Villanueva to kit. My car was dropped on Friday for a Safety Recall & change oil at 6:00 pm. I expected at 8;00 pm he will call me for pickup or any updates regarding my car issue. Nobody call me until Saturday morning, I called him and checking if my car is ready. Alec can’t find my name and phone number so I described my reasons why my car was brought to the service dept. Finally he saw it. So, he ordered shuttle van for me. Ian -shuttle driver was so nice. When I arrived, I went to cashier to pay. No invoice to be found so cashier approached Alec . He gave a wrong invoice. Sorry, I can’t pay other customer’s name that I really don’t know with my credit card. So I let him change the invoice. To expedite I approached the Branch Manager Mr. Don. Good thing, Alec was done correcting my invoice. Thank you very much for doing that! Lesson to learn, be careful with customer names. Double check their names. It’s hard to change at the computer system especially if the day is too hectic. Please double check if Alec made a correction and recorded at your system my safety recall for my 2004 Honda Odyssey Silver Van and my change oil service on Aug 29, 2019. Thank you very much for all your hardwork. Have a wonderful Labor Day Weekend!

However, may I suggest that while they kind of clean the car - basically hose it down, it may be a good idea to give a quick run of your vacuum cleaner in the isi inside of the car. Thanks for a quick turn around
