Jason is nice but I don’t think he understand that because I have a hybrid even though I have 20k miles on my car this is only my second bringing my car to oil change. This is my second Honda but I really wish Honda would provide better service or trained technician on the newer model ( last time my tire have problem and the dealership technician doesn’t know how to turn off the light for me)

I purchased a Honda Certified vehicle which included new tires. One tire was clearly defective and had cracking, not hit by something or damaged. I think it should have been replaced and turned into the manufacturer instead I was charged. Sales is great but the service department is clearly lacking.

Vivian is great and the service I have we receive is awesome. My issue is the the hourly cost and hours involved to replace a part that Honda engineering and designers place in a location to easily replace. The other issue and what seems to be a known issues with a lot of other civics is the failing of AC system.
