From his very first good morning to his last words “have a good rest of your day”, Derrick was professional and polite. He answered all of my questions and made sure my car was clean n dry when it was returned to me. He explained what was done done in the inspection of my car front to back and everything in between. I was very impressed and will continue to return for my future services.

I mentioned to Alec to make sure if they were not going to put a new sticker to clean the old one that was still partaially stuck on my windshield. He assured me that they would. But when I lpicked up my car and was already driving asway, I noticed that they did not do it. Also, I had an appointment and waited for 15 minutes only to see that they we're proceeding to help people that pulled up after me. Alec is very courteous, but he should write down special requests instead of saying he's going to "tell" the technician. Apparently, he forgot to tell them about the sticker.

When checking my oil life percentage, they did not reset. So even if I got an oil change my percentage is at 20%. This is annoying and upsetting because every time I take my car in for service, they never complete the basic part of the service. I do not believe that it is fair to have sent it in and pay $220 of service but the oil life percentage can not be reset. It feels like the main reason it was sent for, which was to be service, cannot even be completed. I try to keep the car maintained, I depend on you to complete the service but if feels as if I need to check over your guys work.
