Gilbert provided great customer service, the best I’ve ever had at Honda in Corona! I came in on 9/12/19 for a basic oil change and tire rotation and I was concerned with the initial price of these services. Gilbert listened to my concerns and accommodated me by adjusting the price to be more reasonable. He was very attentive and seemed that he really wanted to make sure I was happy with my visit to Honda and I was thanks to Gilbert!! Ron was great. I just wish you guys didn't wash my car after I asked you not to wash it. Ron put a tag that said no wash too. Whoever washed the car just smeared dirty water around. I had just washed my car myself earlier in the day.
