Eric was a very big help, from the minute I dropped off my vehicle he saw to it that I had a shuttle ride back to my home so that I could continue to work from home. And when it was being worked in progress he went ahead and kept me update every step of the way. Pickup was a breeze as he had the paperwork ready at hand, and also brought my car out to me as well personally, something I had never had done before by a service advisor. I can honestly say I’ll definitely be returning back and looking forward to working with Eric soon!
