When driving into service, the sign says to pull forward and wait by your car. I waited 3 minutes before going inside. There were three gentleman in the office on their computers. Another gentleman was in the office. It seems like they have no peripheral vision, don't want to be bothered, or are going to do rock, paper, scissors as to who's turn it is to help the next customer. This happens almost every time I go to have my car serviced.
