When the old change was completed the oil cap was not placed. We returned to figure out why the car was leaking oil, we were not received with the best attitude because we arrived @12 and service closed at 2. After they figured out the mistake could have potential have damaged our vehicle then the service guy was helpful. We need a second option to make sure the vehicle was not damaged as a result of the mistake. Nothing was offered to make up for this huge mistake.
