Ron did a great job it was the other employees who didn’t do a good job of keeping track on who was working on the car and What was going on. No one called me at all to update me I had to call at 6pm to find out my car was never worked on. I understand there busy be keep track of what your working on. I hope this doesn’t happen all the time. But thank you for fixing the problem

I wish you guys would have real appointments, ie with the technician vs. the service advisor. I would be willing to limit days/times and have a penalty for no-show. You’re so busy on weekends it is ridiculous. I love this dealership and the service staff but if can be painful.

Advisor Alec was great with communications, he called me when more work was needed and when my car was done. But when it comes to the work that was done on my car, I’m not completely satisfied. First, a bungee cord was still attached to my car, so I had to make another trip back to the dealer. Second, the following day when I was driving my car it started making noises, there was something loose under the car that would hit the right front tire whenever I would make a left hand turn or a u-turn. I then had to leave work early to take my car back to the dealer to get it looked at agin. I waited 30 mins before I was even acknowledged, then I was told that the shop was closing in 30 mins. I told the advisor that it doesn’t matter if the shop closes at 7 because I was here at 6 waiting. This was my 2nd time coming back, it should’ve been done correctly the first time. He went and talked to a mechanic, then the mechanic took my car and fixed the problem. The mechanics need to make sure everything is done correctly the first time. It should be about quality and not quantity because this is how you loose customers!
