Art was very accommodating and understanding of my frustrations. I initially purchased the vehicle in March of 2019 and during the test drive prior to purchasing noted the vehicles battery was having issues and needed to be jumped on two different occasions. Prior to purchasing the vehicle, I requested the battery be replaced to which I was promised it was and even shown by Honda of Corona Sales person that the battery was swapped out. Since then I have had to take the vehicle back to the dealership on two different occasions for issues caused by the battery and the vehicle stalling leaving my family once rolling backwards on a hill and the second stalled at an intersection. Only after doing my own research for the cause of my problems did I discover the source of my issue was the battery as Honda claimed they saw no issue, weren’t aware of the issue and couldn’t repeat the issue. After being left with a dead battery today and needing AAA to come jump start my car after driving around all morning with no issues I drove straight to Honda of Corona service department. By now you should be able to sense my frustration. Art assisted me and informed me the battery was never swapped out as I requested and said there was never a work order to replace the battery when I originally purchased the vehicle. So besides finding out that I was completely lied to, Art was able to assist me and get my car up and running and went above and beyond. Very genuine and so far the only homest person working at Honda of Corona.
