Art was great. Charging me $850.00 for labor to replace a levor and cable for the the gas and trunk release is criminal. He said the cable goes bad from the sunlight. Underneath the carpeting inside my car with tented windows? I'm sorry, but I feel you guys charged me far too much.

A refill of the”windshield washer fluid reservoir” is requested to the service advisor aside from the ff; “Takata airbag safety recall, cooling system exchange and brake fluid exchange. Service advisor mentioned that the fluid reservoir will be top off and no charge at all. Work was completed within 2 hours, left the service center with confidence that all requested work were completed. Upon my arrival at home, found out the winshield washer fluid reservoir is still and as is empty. Called to talk to advisor buy he left for the day, so I left phone message assuming he’ll review his messages first thing in the morning, I even talked to Ron Spiro being a senior advisor to complain about the unfinished work, he said he will being it up the following day. But I didn’t receive any call at all , not until past 10:00 am when I call the service advisor, asked about the message that I left but he flatly replied that he has not reviewed his messages. He insisted the reservoir should have automatically done by the service people all the time. I mentioned why will I pursue this issue of everything was done accordingly. He didn’t even offer an apology and not until I ask what will be the resolution to that. He said to bring the car back for fluid top off. I have taken a leave from work the day of the appointment time and expected that everything should have been fixed, so what an inconvenience and a waste of time to go back again, when it should not have been. Went back again for the fluid top off. I feel there is lack of customer service concern and advisor should have his own checklist that all work are properly taken cared of instead of just handing back the key. And the lack of immediate response the following day is simply not acceptable.

Ron helped me with my oil change and 100K Maintenance work. I was there at 7:10 and told him so needed to head to work at 10:30. The mechanic who worked on my car got everything done and by 10:30!
