I felt that Alec wasn’t all that helpful and a bit pompous. The inspection of my vehicle wasn’t gone over with me and I had to research a coupon online after I just asked Alec if there were any service specials, to which he said the oil change was $49.95. Well, I located a coupon for $44.95 on your website. I felt put off by Alec and will avoid him in the future.
