Vivian was wonderful however money was taken from my car on Saturday when it was being serviced. Parts were needed to be ordered and Vivian said Honda would work around my schedule to bring the car back. I said I would bring it back on Wednesday around 2. She said that would be good. When my daughter brought the car in she was treated rudely and with attitude . She may look young but she is 24 yrs old and did nit deserve to be treated that way. In addition the cashiers were on their personal phones and my daughter had to stand and wait until they got off their phones!
Not the 1st time this has happened with employees at this Honda location. Items being stolen, rudeness and unprofessional are all unacceptable. I keep hoping the next time I come it will be better nut not so much. Rather drive to OC and be treated better.

I was completely satisfied and happy with my visit to Honda Cars of Corona on March 10, 2020. Alec helped to ensure that if I had any questions or concerns, they were answered. In addition to this the technician Matthew de Jesus did an amazing job on my car. He went above and beyond what was required for him to do. He treated my car as if it was his own. He did the oil change and multi-point inspection, cleaned my car's engine and put tire dressing on my car's tires. It really touched my heart and I appreciated it very much. I work hard to care for my car; and I have taken my car to many places for an oil change, including another Honda dealership for years and they have never taken care with my car like here at Honda Cars of Corona did.
