My oil change was over priced compared to the previous owner Corona Honda in my opinion. My bill was $102.00 for an oil change and tire rotation. I’ve been coming to Corona Honda for the past 8yrs and never paid that much for a basic service. Now that Spreen took over I feel the prices have adjusted significantly and will probably be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

It was the most simple, quick and satisfying experience. I called in Wednesday morning and Travis answered the phone, helped me set up a painless appointment. I showed up for my appointment first thing Thursday morning, it was probably 6:58am and here comes a gentleman to help me out, little did I know it was Travis. He introduced himself, took odometer reading from my vehicle and then took me inside to help identify the reason for my visit, he gave me an approximate wait time, which to my surprise was pretty spot on. Travis was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I appreciated that fact that he kept me updated and informed throughout the process and got me out of there in quoted time. I am extremely satisfied with his outstanding customer service, especially during challenging times due to the pandemic. I appreciate Travis taking care of me today! I will most definitely be returning in the future.
