Having one shuttle was not a good decision - I waited for a shuttle for over one hour and 15 minutes which made me late to work . Once I was able to get the shuttle and we were on our way , I get a text that my car is ready. We had to turn around and go back to the dealer. If I would have had the information upfront I could have made different arrangements. I had scheduled a 7:30 am drop off to make it easier for a shuttle service. I had to be the one asking one of the service guys what was happening . Suggestion - let your customers know about what is happening with the car and with the shuttle , add something on your service website that it may take longer than an hour to get a shuttle ride.
