Andrew’s service and the technician’s work was great. However, I had an appointment and I believe most of the people in front of me were walk ins and were taken first regardless of my appointment. My AC compressor is out and is on back order. My car is still under factory warranty and I have to drive with my kids in the car with no ac until they get the part in. I asked for a loner car and they said there’s nothing they can do. I’ve been a Honda girl for the last 15 years. This will be the last Honda I buy.
