I really appreciate the help Juan went to give me no contact service due to the pandemic. The disease has hit our family really hard with so many in our family getting the virus and still trying to recover. Since March my husband and I have not entered any stores or facilities and really maintain our social distancing per our doctors orders. Juan was able to take my vehicle, get it done, and let me pay for it over the phone. He also made sure to give me plenty of space. He also communicated clearly everything being done and how long it would take...it actually got done much faster than he estimated. I would venture to say he went beyond his job to give me perfect customer service.
