Car was dropped off very late Friday in the afternoon & was told it would be done on Friday. We were asked if we were going to wait for it & said no. When we arrived on Saturday at 10:30. The car wasn’t done & I had to wait for it to get finished. It was in for a routine oil change. I didn’t want to wait any longer so the car wasn’t washed. If you say the car will be done on Friday, I shouldn’t have to wait on Sat morning.

Yonic assisted me and the service was great. He’s very good. My comment is geared towards the actual work done in my car. I believe I got a tire rotation with my service. My tire pressure light came on as I was driving home. I live in Irvine and didn’t want to turn back given the horrendous traffic but I will need to go have it checked tomorrow locally. I am a bit disappointed that I have to do this after I paid $500 for service.
