I purchased a truck from Spreen Honda with additional rails, wheels and tires. The service department was closed the day of the vehicle transaction and was told to come back at a later date for the installation of the new rails, wheels and tires. I took the truck this past Monday, but no indication of the rails was made nor the proper clean up of my vehicle was conducted. The purpose of buying a brand new vehicle with additional options was to receive quality parts and service. This however did not happen, and my brand new vehicle was delivered with dirty brand new toreas and wheels, and no rails. This is unsatisfactory for a Honda dealer that claims to provider a first class customer experience.
