My service advisor was very Helpful in explaining things about my
Car, but when I got home that afternoon I discovered my car was leaking oil after my oil change that was done. I had to call the next day to notify them. My car ended have the oil plug not put in correctly causing the oil leak. I also discovered that my wiper fluid was not filled as it was marked off as done on my checklist. I have always had fabulous service but I guess I will start checking my car before I leave next time. Pretty disappointed on this visit

It was a strange experience. We came in for our tire needing to be fixed but weren't sure if it it could be patched or we needed a new one. A few hours later, we get a text saying our car is finished, so we assumed they patched it because no one called us. I called to ask, and they said they did an oil change which was nice because I'm probably due for one soon, but the nail was still in my tire. If I had not called, I would have driven to get my car back and been shocked to find it still there. He asked if I wanted a quote, so I got one, but it was far too high. We picked up the car anyway but didn't like that no one called earlier asking whst we would like to do about the tire.
