Andy went above and beyond for me. He always kept in touch and even arranged for a courtesy vehicle so I could bring my 2 year old daughter home so she didn’t have to wait for 3 hours with me. I was very happy with everything.

Having an appointment means nothing. First time, i had my car serviced I had an appointment at 7AM, I was told that my issue with my car was not important and that they were trying to get people who needed oil changes or their tires changed were first, so I waited for about 3 hours for static in my speakers. I know for a fact that they only worked on my car for max 1 hour.
Today, March 20th, I had an appointment at 7 AM, it’s 9:57 AM and I called after being told max 2 hours, to ask about an update since I haven’t heard anything. I get told that they are busy, and that my car is next after the technician is done with the other car.
What’s the point in having customer’s set an appointment for an issue that is important to the customer, but the service department says it isn’t important and puts the customers needs on the back end. Sounds like a broken system.
