Juan was very friendly, set my appointment, explained the issues with my car and what was recommended. Great service! Also, Andy was the one that greeted me when I first arrived. He was also very friendly and helpful. Both gentleman were very welcoming. Great customer service!!

I didn’t get the multi point inspection report. i used to go to penske honda and they always gave a nice 2-3 page report, but I got nothing from you.

Eric Tocontero was very knowledgeable in the service my car needed, and gave me very respectful treatment and saw that I was satisfied with the work and personal treatment, my car needed to stay overnight and wait for parts he offered a courtesy car so I could move around while the car was in service. Eric went all the way to make me feel satisfied with the customer service. Thank you and please see that Eric gets the recognition from your company for the high performance of his job. He was knowledgeable, honest and friendly. Has a sense of humor He was very helpful and nice to the lady that was before me as well. He took the time to re-explain things to her and make sure she was ok. I stand by my comments. Feel free to call me if you need to discuss.

Eric did a great job. I'm not sure they rotated the tires, as is stated in the B1 list of services. Invoice only says they adjusted the air pressure. No mention of rotation.

I asked my wife to drop off the my car. All I wanted was an oil change and tire rotation if anything. I end up paying over $250 because a **** Dot 3 break fluid service needed to be done. That cost about $150. That wasn’t necessary. I did not want that service done. My wife didn’t repeat the services to me because she was nervous about the situation. I don’t care if it’s recommended every two to three years. Every time I bring in my car I’m never asked to do anything extra. I feel like, women are being taking advantage of for not knowing anything about cars. It’s sad to say but it’s the damn truth. My wife was confused and said all type of stuff was being done to the car. That’s all included. She’s didn’t know. I did NOT want to pay $150 for some **** break fluid service. My car is a 2017 hybrid. Next time if I do ever decide to go back, I’ll put my foot down. Please in the near future do what the customer requested for and not throw some bs out saying this and that needs to be done. If it’s not broken DON’T fix it. I held myself together today because I’m cool with a guy who works there that I saw. I’ll just go through him next time. The dealerships is already expensive. Please stop taking advantage of females and anyone who doesn’t know anything about cars. That’s wrong. Here is my cell if you want to fix this problem ****-****-xxxx. Have a good night.
