We took the vehicle in for the A1 2 service. Upon check in, I advised the service coordinator that the previous day we had paid to have our vehicle detailed inside and out, so please do not wash the vehicle. The service coordinator wrote “ do not wash” on my service order, but that must have been missed. When I arrived, I was informed that my vehicle was just finishing up with the wash and would be out shortly. The car pulled up still wet. Normally, this would have been fine, as I am not too particular and would appreciate a wash either way, but since we had just paid to have the vehicle detailed the previous day with additional waxing, it was very frustrating. As you know a detail is far more expensive than a normal wash and those funds were wasted. I realize this was not the service coordinator’s fault, as he did write “no wash” on the order, but had the roles been reversed, I would have been a lot more apologetic and offered some sort of compensation.
