Jose did a good job explaining my options for tires and help me select the best ones for my vehicle. Upfront I did request new wiper blades, and a front license plate bracket to be installed. He forgot about this request until I brought it up again when I did not see it on the bill and he did not mention that it needed to ordered. We then got both ordered, but would have been nice if i didn’t have to remind him of this request.
