Vehicle was brought in for a replacement key then broken while in the possession of McGrath. The work was then completed without my permission. While speaking with a service manager I was called a liar and his solution was for me to come tow my car off their lot. As an Acura customer of over 20 years this experience truly saddens me.

I am very dissatisfied with the service that I received. I had four brand new sensors for my TPMS tire pressure. Your company replaced two of them and when I left there the tea PMS light still came on they were still dashes and now I have to bring the vehicle back. That’s very inconvenient. Not to mention the price of the sensors was totally ridiculous. I was told that my brake fluid and my transmission fluid needed to be changed. I was given a price of $195 for each one. This is not my first rodeo and I know that I was being ripped off and I don’t appreciate that. And then to put the icing on the cake I was offered a ridiculous price for your company to purchase my car that in itself was very insulting.
