Matt was very nice, but so sorry I stopped for service because a deep metal-creasing 4" scratch in very obvious place on tailgate that I immediately noticed when walking up to truck to leave. I started to mention to valet but didn't want to argue the point. Can't imagine how it happened doing an out change but positive it was not there before, because it's so obvious on black truck and I was at tailgate immediately before leaving home. I mention this just so you know because someone in your shop knows they did it. Thank you
