My air filter and cabin air filter needed to be changed. I was texted and told it needed to be changed. When I didn’t respond they just assumed I was denying the service and brought my keys to check out. I felt it was very unprofessional and rude not to make face to face contact with me about further service that was needed. This sort of service is not appreciated or except able.
