wanted tire monitor system repaired. invoice stated codes were run but i didn't get ten miles and the code reappeared. the code for the transmission problem did disappear. no issue with savanna.

We came for an oil change on Wednesday. My husband requested to add a look at the windshield squirter because it was full and still didn’t squirt. He asked 2 guys out by where the oil change was being done and they told him they would get it looked at. When we picked the vehicle up the windshield squirter was not done. We didn’t have time to send it back through and will be bringing it back in on Friday. This is an inconvenience because we already had things to do to prepare for a trip in which is the reason we wanted it fixed for the first place.

We had an oil change and ended up needing new tires as well. A loaner vehicle was arranged so I didn’t have to miss work The oil change was done and new tires installed in very short time. Everyone from the service department was very helpful, courteous and professional throughout the process. We really appreciate it. This is consistently the best service department I’ve ever seen.
