Really pleased with all the changes that have been made at the service department. It was nice to be greeted when I pulled up and escorted into the building and handed off to a service tech. Before, I never knew if I needed to wait at my car or go inside. And at times I would go inside and still wait to be acknowledged. Today was different.
Also I like the text message system that has been implemented keeping me informed on the progress of service. And service was very fast today. Usually I’m there for 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Today it only took 40 mins. Very pleased!!!

Just wasn't alot of customer service provided alot of laziness not enough going above and beyond for the customer alot of pointing fingers at the customer. I had to ask alot of things to b done that should've been already on top of you know. Jus wasnt a good experience

I noticed I got the email that the service on my car was finished. And I waited just a few minutes and I thought where is personal communication here at this place? And I had stepped up to verify that my vehicle was ready and then my guy showed up so. I apologize that I had that thought I did tell Matt that. He smiled & said soon as they hit submit back in the service bay, we get that email before the service may can get to the front Lol
I did notice something different that was nice. And employee came around and asked all of us in the waiting area if we need to drink thing to drink. Even though I didn’t I really did appreciate that personal complementary interaction and communication . I know I’m only one person but I’d like to see that kept up.
