I had a 1:30 appointment for a simple oil change. I left at 3:30. What I didn’t know, and was never told, was that my tires were also rotated, and a service recall was performed. This is where I was not completely satisfied: that I wasn’t kept informed why a simple oil change should take so long with an appointment. However, without asking, I was given a $20 gift card for taking so long. I didn’t want it but did accept. Thank you very much. My wife has suffered three strokes and I am am her 24/7 caregiver and the lady that gave me the gas card also assisted me with taking her to the bathroom. My only concern was not being kept informed why s simple oil change should take so long.
