Your service technician stated on his report that my truck needs a new cabin filter. I asked your service advisor how that is determined and he first stated that mechanic physically removed the filter to inspect it. When I informed him that I replaced the cabin filter just two days prior my appointment with your shop he changed his story to “they look at the mileages to determine the need for replacing the cabin filter. The mechanics makes a commission on additional service and parts”.
Can you, management at Everett, stand behind this type of work. What did your mechanic actually do? What was truthfully inspected? I’m afraid that you lost a customer today and Bale regained one.
