Had issue with scratches on wheel during rotation service! They didn’t understand how it happened! Scratches were not there until I carried in in! After a brief conversation they rebuff tires at their expense! I was satisfied! Sorry it happened but I have had my car about 8 months! Didn’t like the scratches! Will continue to do service with them! I will just check my car before I leave!

Bought my car at Everett, you advertise loaner vehicles when you bring in for service work. Brought my car back to you after it got out of body shop and returning our loaner and the lady with the loaners just made up some bull about trying to work something out. We needed it for weekend and Monday. Some situations like ours you don't have the opportunity to call and setup an appointment. This is the second time we've come in for service and both times haven't been pleasant. First time they lost our keys and remote entry fob. Not impressed. Tech shop did do a good turn around on the work this time. But loaner lady was a big turn off with how she handled.

Had an appt for 8:30, at 9:30 I asked for an update, was told my vehicle was next but they knew what was wrong and it wouldn’t take long at all. After my vehicle made it to be fixed it took less than 30 min, almost 2.5 later.

When we bought the vehicle we were told by the Salesman, we would have 3 years of free oil changes, I was charged for this service yesterday and told it was 2 years or 24K miles, I was very disappointed by this!

Our appointment was for a slot that had a loaner car available. the staff recommended to my wife that she wait on the repair instead of taking the loaner . six(6) hours later, she was given our vehicle back. What's up with that? I think You need better communication to your customers about your service procedures.
