My auto was picked up by wrecker Around 9:00 a m and after waiting until after 3:00 p. m. I called, after 3 attempts I finally talked to Danny in service and was told that since I was not sitting there on location it would not be even looked at until everyone waiting on site was serviced. Had I known this I would have been prepared for that. As such, I had no way to pick up my grandson from daycare in Little Rock as his car seat was in the vehicle there. Your practices should be dealt with up front. Also, Danny was a little testy with his tone of voice. Sorry

It took way to long. The guy told me that oil changes can sometimes take 1 1/2 hour to 1 hour and 45 minutes.
