The service crew was great. The problem is we were told the issue would be covered under warranty because it is an existing issue. We had the left light replaced last month before we went on vacation with the same problem and it was covered under warranty. We checked on the Internet and found out the problem with the lights has existed since 2015. We had to pay $200 out of pocket on an issue that we strongly feel should have been covered. We should be reimbursed.

3.5 hours with little to no feedback from service staff, this was second trip for check engine light in 2 days. Staff needs to understand that customers need feedback if service is going to take more than hour or so. They were courteous and friendly, but need to provide that feedback.
